Rayyan Gorashi, a rising senior in the Gerecht lab, just completed her summer research experience in Leuven, Belgium as part of the Inter-University MicroElectronics Centre (IMEC) program! Her project focused on a microfluidic system called heart-on-a-chip device to predict toxicity and aid in drug development.
